I am a practicing pediatric dentist in Westlake Village, California. I built Ayla because I was frustrated. Frustrated paying over $2,000 a month for a stack of software that still required my team to manually verify insurance, manually post ERA payments, manually send recall reminders, and manually enter the same patient data into three different systems.

I wanted software that worked the way a dental practice actually works. Software that was fast, modern, and built around the clinical and administrative realities of running a practice — not around the business model of a legacy software company trying to maximize per-provider fees.

So I built it. Ayla is tested every day at North Star Pediatric Dentistry before it reaches any other practice. Every update is validated in a live clinical environment. Every feature exists because a real dental team needed it.
